Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2025

At InvestTopEdgePro, we strive to deliver high-quality software and services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom software development and intellectual property transfer, most payments are non-refundable.

1. General Terms

• All payments are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
• Project payments are governed by individual contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Once a project phase or milestone is completed and delivered, payments for that phase are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered in the following rare scenarios:

• Payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction)
• Project was cancelled before development began and no work was initiated
• We are unable to fulfill the contract due to unforeseen internal circumstances

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [email protected] with:

• Your full name and organization
• Invoice or payment reference number
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Discovery sessions and strategic consulting
• Work-in-progress code, UI/UX design, and architecture docs
• Completed milestones or signed-off deliverables

5. Chargeback Policy

Clients are required to contact us directly regarding billing issues before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in project suspension and legal recovery actions.
